The short version: your statement files are processed on our servers,
never sent to any third-party AI model, and automatically deleted
within 24 hours. We store your email address and nothing else that identifies you.
1. What we collect
Statement files you upload — stored temporarily, solely to run the conversion.
Extracted table data — kept only for the duration of your session so you can review and export it.
Your email address — only if you create an account or contact us.
Anonymous usage analytics — page views and aggregate performance metrics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles).
2. What we do NOT do
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.
We do not send your documents to third-party AI models or machine-learning services.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not read the contents of your statements for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.
3. Data retention & deletion
Uploaded files and their extracted data are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload. Backups, if any, follow the same 24-hour window. You do not need to request deletion — it happens on schedule.
4. Third parties
We host the application on Cloudflare (pages/CDN) and Render (API hosting). These infrastructure providers process data solely to serve the service and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. No other third party receives your data.
5. Your rights
Because we retain almost nothing, most GDPR/CCPA requests are trivially satisfied: there is no profile to export or erase. For your email address or any specific concern, email [email protected] and we will respond within 72 hours.
6. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where possible, notify registered users by email.
